These terms form a binding agreement between you and ARB TECHNOLOGY AND TRADE CONSULTING OÜ (trading as Grow in EMEA), a company registered in the Estonian Business Register and based in Tallinn, Estonia, and govern your access to gie.vc. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1. What this site is — and is not

The site is a public source of information about Grow in EMEA, our thesis and our portfolio. Nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, an invitation to invest, investment advice, tax advice or a recommendation. Any investment decision should be taken with independent professional advice.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or systematically extract any part of the site without prior written permission.

All content on the site — text, graphics, design, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to ARB TECHNOLOGY AND TRADE CONSULTING OÜ and protected by copyright and trademark law. The names and logos of portfolio companies belong to their respective owners.

By using the site you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms, that you are at least sixteen years old, that you will not access the site through automated means (other than public search engine crawlers) and that your use will comply with applicable law.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to misuse the site — including by harvesting data, circumventing security features, uploading malicious code, impersonating others, or using the site to compete with us or to harass any person.

The site links to third-party websites and services (portfolio companies, Cloudflare Turnstile, Resend, Pitchbook and others). We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Harju County, Estonia, save that consumers retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
